Our travels took us over the Smokey’s this past weekend to Charlotte, NC where we played two nights at River Run Country Club and one show on Lake Norman at Midtown Sundries. It was our second time playing both venues, and these two shows definitely rank up near the top for me as far as places to play.
It’s funny, when we first got booked to play a country club, I thought there was no way The Goodfellers and I would go over in that setting. Anyone who has been to one of our shows knows that we like to get a little rowdy on stage.
