I got a chance to reflect on my performance at The Ryman Auditorium last month. Hope this puts you on stage with me….

The Church Of Country Music

It’s easy to see why they call the Ryman Auditorium the “church of country music.” Of course, there are the obvious physical reasons. Church pews serve as the seating in the building as opposed to chairs or your typical stadium style seats in concert venues. The windows are tall stained glass archways.

But it’s not the physical things that make this building sacred to country music fans and performers.
